Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring top-notch service for our manufacturing clients. This role is pivotal in managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver on service promises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders, addressing any issues and ensuring all concerns are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with internal departments to determine service charges and coordinate billing.
- Input orders into the company's ERP system with accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to exceed customer service expectations.
- Provide timely communication to customers, including order acknowledgments and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring their specifications are clearly communicated to the production team.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Prepare and send out quotes, and provide proposals to customers.
- Coordinate with account managers and senior sales leadership to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently on the phone while entering data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business math is advantageous.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with specific industry software is a plus but not required.
