Job Summary:

Sincera Talent Partners is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturing to find a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s HR strategy, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be a key player in driving a positive company culture, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and regulations.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, career development plans, and succession planning.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management, employee development, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee training programs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a strategic mindset, with experience driving HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
