Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and regulations.
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews, career development plans, and succession planning.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management, employee development, and team dynamics.
- Develop and manage the HR budget, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee training programs.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities and a strategic mindset, with experience driving HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
