Role Overview:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill machines to produce precision high-grade plastic parts. Your expertise will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality components, ensuring all products meet industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Set up CNC mill machines according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Operation: Operate CNC mill machines to produce parts, monitoring the process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC mill machines to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with CNC mill machines and machining processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is required.
• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist with setup and operation expertise is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
