Role Overview:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mill machines to produce precision high-grade plastic parts. Your expertise will contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality components, ensuring all products meet industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Set up CNC mill machines according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
- Operation: Operate CNC mill machines to produce parts, monitoring the process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC mill machines to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with CNC mill machines and machining processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, operations, and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is required.
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist with setup and operation expertise is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
