In-office Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Private Specialty Medical Practice

About the Role:

We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a small, high-performing specialty medical practice in Clearwater, Florida. This individual will supervise a front office team responsible for scheduling, patient intake, copay collection, and general front desk operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-minded, people-focused environment and is ready to bring leadership, structure, and warmth to an essential administrative function.

The Front Desk Supervisor reports directly to the Practice Manager and plays a key role in driving excellent patient experiences and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare front office or administrative role
  • Previous experience supervising or leading an administrative team within a specialty medical practice
  • Proficient in EMR systems and scheduling workflows
  • Familiarity with front-end billing processes and insurance verification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA (Medical Assistant) certification (not required, only preferred)
  • Experience in a pulmonary practice

Compensation & Benefits:

Interview Process:

  • Step 1: 2-hour interview with the Practice Manager, CEO and Finance Manager
