We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and expand our market reach nationwide. This role is ideal for a charismatic, strategic, and aggressive sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across multiple industries needing foam solutions.
- Manage key accounts, territories, and categories, ensuring strong client relationships and repeat business.
- Think outside the box to create unique sales strategies and win projects.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales, PO generation, and business development.
- Travel every six weeks for client meetings and participate in three trade shows annually.
What We’re Looking For:
- B2B sales experience with a track record of growing revenue and managing key accounts.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills – able to engage and close deals effectively.
- Aggressive and results-driven, but professional and relationship-focused.
- A creative thinker who can develop tailored sales strategies.
Compensation & Growth:
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Annual salary renegotiation based on performance (e.g., bringing in $1M+ in new business = additional $100K salary increase).
- No commission or bonus structure – salary grows based on revenue you bring in.
