Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates at all levels, from plant and office temporary associates to professional and executive roles. This role requires strong recruiting skills, national sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage all aspects of the ATS, onboarding, and offer administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles, both local and national.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and manage all aspects of the applicant tracking system.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
- Manage onboarding and offer letter administration for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent with HR coursework completed, or 4-6 years of recruiting experience, including national sourcing and high-volume recruiting.
- Experience in technical and manufacturing recruitment
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
