Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize semiconductor fabrication equipment to ensure high uptime and production efficiency.
- Work closely with process engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Provide technical expertise for equipment upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
- Analyze equipment performance data and use statistical tools to drive improvements in operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom standards in all equipment-related activities.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source parts and services for equipment repairs and upgrades.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
