Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of lab technicians, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Oversee the analytical testing of critical semiconductor components, utilizing advanced techniques like ICP-MS and LPC.
• Ensure adherence to customer-driven delivery schedules by effectively coordinating team efforts and resources.
• Maintain a cleanroom environment, upholding strict protocols for specialty processes.
• Support design-of-experiments and customer process development initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals, solutions, and chemical waste.
• Maintain consistent and exacting production processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Generate comprehensive lab testing reports for customer review and maintain detailed production records.
• Take critical measurements and verify that all components meet stringent quality standards.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to lab technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Strong background in working with hazardous materials and maintaining cleanroom protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using computers for data management and workflow processes.
