Who We’re Looking For:‍

Someone who enjoys building, assembling, and troubleshooting mechanical components while ensuring precision and quality. If you have experience with hand tools, blueprints, and mechanical systems, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble mechanical components using tools such as drills, wrenches, and torque drivers.
• ‍Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• ‍Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• ‍Work with precision—ensuring all fasteners, fittings, and connections are secure and meet standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve production challenges.
• ‍Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• ‍Document work performed and report issues or improvements to supervisors.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• ‍2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production.
• Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics.
• ‍Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• ‍Basic knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical components.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality standards.
