Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes to improve yield and reduce cycle time.
- Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, equipment engineering, and production, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom procedures in all process activities.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize process performance.
- Support the introduction of new products by providing technical expertise on process integration.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on wafer fabrication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SPC and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly preferred.
