In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and cleanroom standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage staffing levels and ensure proper training for new hires.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
