Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of production technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor production KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and cleanroom standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage staffing levels and ensure proper training for new hires.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to manage teams and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
