Sincera Talent Partners is working with an industry-leading microelectronics company in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor and microelectronic technologies. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, efficiency, and collaboration while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with industry regulations.

What You’ll Do:
- Project Leadership: Manage full project life cycles, from R&D to production, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to drive technical execution.
- Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on guidance in semiconductor fabrication, packaging, and integration technologies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement data-driven mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present project updates to executives, clients, and internal teams in a clear, solution-focused manner.
- DEI & Team Development: Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where diverse perspectives drive innovation.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in microelectronics, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of wafer fabrication, IC packaging, and semiconductor materials.
- Expertise in PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience managing technical product development and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical details into strategic insights.
