About Us:
Sincera Talent Partners is working with a leading medical device solutions provider seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key accounts, and provide technical expertise to healthcare and medical device clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
A strategic and technically skilled sales leader who understands medical device technologies, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485), and B2B sales. You thrive on building client relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth in the healthcare sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and healthcare suppliers.
- Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Technical Sales: Provide solutions-based selling by understanding customer pain points and compliance needs (FDA, ISO13485, MDR).
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed on emerging trends in medical technology, device innovation, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure customer success.
- Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company’s presence.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485 compliance, and medical device manufacturing
- Ability to sell to engineers, procurement teams, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience managing B2B sales cycles, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel (~30%) for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
