Technical Sales Manager (Medical Device)

Monday – Friday,8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with travel as needed)

About Us:

Sincera Talent Partners is working with an innovative medical device solutions provider looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key accounts, and provide technical expertise to customers in the medical device and healthcare industries.

Who We’re Looking For:

A sales-driven, technically knowledgeable leader who understands medical device technology, regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485), and B2B sales cycles. If you have a passion for solving complex customer challenges, building strong client relationships, and growing business in the medical technology space, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new opportunities within medical device manufacturers, hospitals, and health care suppliers.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on medical device solutions, compliance requirements (FDA, ISO 13485, MDR), and process improvements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of emerging trends, new regulations, and technological advancements in the medical device field.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand business opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations, ISO 13485 compliance, and medical device manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and close B2B sales deals with hospitals, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to sell technical solutions to engineers, procurement teams, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Experience managing sales cycles, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel (~30-50%) for client meetings, industry conferences, and tradeshows.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience selling capital equipment, diagnostic devices, or surgical instruments.
  • Familiarity with EHR, robotics, or connected medical devices.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
