Sincera Talent Partners is working with a leading semiconductor solutions provider seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, manage key accounts, and provide technical expertise to customers in the semiconductor industry.

Who We’re Looking For:

A strategic and technically proficient sales leader with a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. You thrive on building relationships, solving technical challenges, and helping clients optimize their semiconductor operations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and suppliers.
  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide solutions-based selling by understanding customer challenges and offering tailored semiconductor products or services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on wafer processing, deposition, lithography, and semiconductor materials to provide customers with insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends and expand the business network.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in semiconductor, microelectronics, or related technical industries
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, process tools, and materials
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Technical acumen—able to discuss semiconductor processes and solutions with engineers and procurement teams
  • Experience managing B2B sales cycles, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel (~20-30%) for client meetings and industry events

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
  • Experience selling capital equipment, wafer fabrication tools, or semiconductor materials
  • Knowledge of EUV, photolithography, or advanced packaging technologies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
