1st Shift Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Maker to support growing operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly experienced craftsperson with at least 10 years of experience in toolmaking within a precision manufacturing environment. This role requires a meticulous, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain precision molds and fixtures for medical device components.
  • Operate manual and CNC machining equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, etc.) to produce high-precision tooling.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure precise execution.
  • Work closely with engineers, machinists, and quality inspectors to troubleshoot and refine tooling for production.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on tooling to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Uphold strict quality and regulatory standards required for medical device manufacturing.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10+ years of toolmaking experience in a precision manufacturing environment (medical, aerospace, or similar).
  • Proficiency in CNC and manual machining operations.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
  • Experience with high-precision tolerances and surface finishes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, amiable and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently while ensuring top-tier quality standards.
