About Us:

Sincera Talent Partners is partnering with an innovative medical device manufacturer in Phoenix, AZ, seeking a skilled Tool Maker to support precision tooling, fixture fabrication, and mold maintenance for critical healthcare products. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality, FDA-compliant manufacturing that directly impacts patient care.

Who We’re Looking For:

‍A detail-oriented, experienced tool maker with a strong background in precision machining, mold repair, and fixture design. You thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment and take pride in producing high-quality components that contribute to life-saving medical devices.

What You’ll Do:

• ‍Tool & Mold Fabrication: Build, modify, and maintain high-precision tools, dies, and injection molds for medical device production.
• ‍Machining & Finishing: Operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, EDM) to fabricate and repair components.
• ‍Quality & Compliance: Ensure all tools meet FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP manufacturing standards.
• ‍Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair tooling issues to minimize production downtime.
• ‍Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineers to enhance tooling design for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• ‍Training &Mentorship: Support knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill team members and foster a culture of inclusion and growth.
• ‍Safety & DEI Commitment: Maintain a safe, inclusive workplace, ensuring all team members are supported and valued.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• ‍5+ years of experience in tool & die making, precision machining, or mold fabrication.
• Proficiency in manual and CNC machining (mills, lathes, EDM, grinders).
• Strong understanding of medical-grade materials, tolerances, and surface finishes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with injection molds, stamping dies, and jigs/fixtures.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance requirements.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
